I have now started posting personal essays on Medium. These are short pieces of nonfiction on topics of mental health, spirituality, scholarship, and more. These are opinion pieces and the sharing of my thoughts on various subjects. These prices have been a bit of a leap for me as I had never been this vulnerable in my writing before. I have always feared the judgment of others and thus held myself back from putting all of myself in my writing. However, I have come to realize that I cannot grow as a writer if I continue holding myself back. Thus I have begun this journey into essay writing.
